While I like many of them (Kennedy, Choa-Anne, and Amanda especially), I would definitely pick Vi. She is just the coolest and best of the potentials. I really think that Felicia Day did a great job in the role, and gave a lot of life to this character.

I love Vi too but Amanda is my fave. She won my heart in the episode Potential.

She really was funny and the way she accepted what she was was pretty cool.

Okay.. if we are judging Coolness by having "her-#hit- together kickass potential" then Vi or Kennedy (I know we all hate her for hooking up with Willow, but she did have it all together); but for over all coolness on screen per episode, I give it to Chao-Ahn. I just love how she has no idea what anyone is saying but still appears to want to stay there... (just love how Giles scares her with the pics/flashcards LOL).

For the record I liked Kennedy. I mean, a couple times I could've slapped her but overall I think she really loved Will and like cp said, she had her S together. I think she was a strong female character.
And, if Buffy and Angel could move on then why not Will. I mean Kennedy had nothing to do with our beloved Tara's death or the Willow/Tara relationship for that matter.
OK, maybe I am trying to inspire some insightful dialogue but, still, valid points?

I dint like Kennedy the first year I owned Buffy but she has grown on me and she doesn't bother me anymore.

Looks like I'm the first to vote for Molly.
I liked her, but her gutter-cockney was grating to my refined English sensibilities.

I liked Molly too. And I, the backward American, was ignorant enough when hearing her speak to think, "her voice really sounds authentic" haha, I have no idea apart from TV how she is supposed to sound. It's funny how one's mind works.
Regardless, I still like how she talks.

Erm, since we're a little OT chatting about accents...
The first time I caught James as Spike (Season 5, praps), I thought that his accent wasn't too bad...until I paid more attention to it. Juliet Landau's was HIDEOUS.  *Yech*
You'd think H'wood (or even little Mutant Enemy) would have the sense to employ more Brits than just Tony. (I bet anything, Tony demanded to be paid in Bovril and Jaffa Cakes!  Just kidding, Tony. We know you've got a better palate than that! )

I liked Vi, closely followed by Kennedy.
WhiteHat, what was it about James' accent that you didn't like? I think his is probably one of the best fake English accents I've heard, and one of the few where I'm glad they didn't cast a brit- spike just wouldn't be Spike if he wasn't played by James =D

Are ya kidding? I'm with greengirl, his is one of the best fake English accents I've heard, I remember watching the show back in the day and actually thinking he was from London. I think it sounds alot like Anthony Head's real accent, which y'know, makes sense since he coached him.

i vote chao ann cause she just cracks me up. i know the question was more about 'cool' rather than 'funny', but if chao ann was doing this pollshe would pick the top one because she doesnt read english, so thats what i'm doing.
