Favorite one episode villain?

As you may have guess from the title, I'm asking...
Who's your favorite one episode villain?
NotFadeAway

I've got to go with these guys:

Mel

Yep The Gentlemen are great - first episode of Buffy that actually scared me LOL

Also have to give a mention to Sweet.........without him all the hidden truths wouldnt have came out in season 6.
Sunnydalehigh

Honorable mention goes to the tiny demon from Fear Itself, just because he was so funny.

Gachnar (actual size).
I was thinking the same thing.
cardboardy

ted

gwendolyn post

and the gentlemen of course
beagle

Gnarl and even though he really appeared in more than one episode the other appearance was only a flashback, Olaf the Troll and I liked
the zombie kitty in Dead Man's Party.  We should name it. Or did Joyce name it "cat that lost it's way"?

Oz said they should name it Patches!
beagle

I go with Grady cause it had like black makeup around it's eyes like my racoon. teehee
dramagirl

You gotta agree with the gentlemen. They're the scariest by far, even though me and my sister watched that episode for the first time on a tiny laptop screen without proper sound. It was still scary.

Ted's great at being creepy too, and to be honest I love most of Buffy's one episode villains. Even though they're so minor, they're really great.

Gentlemen *makes creepy noises*

Do you still have that raccoon, Beags? He's gotta be full size by now. How's that working out for you? Doesn't he cause a lot of mischief in your house?
beagle

Yes, we still have her. And yes, I wouldn't want to keep her in the house full time. She is just way too difficult. She has a nice habitat outside where she spends the majority of the time. She has a hammock and a house inside the screened in porch and a pet door to a large area outside. (maybe 15' square) with all kinds of tree limbs, ladders, platforms, a big outdoor hammock, and a pool in the warm months.
It's quite a job, she has fresh fruit / veggies every day and she eats dog food. (and the occasional amphibian that wonders too close, haha, no, really) And she bites if you make her angry or upset.
we just love here though. I just wouldn't recommend trying to touch her unless you aren't afraid of getting bitten. Usually we can tell when and what not to do but just the other day I wasn't paying attention, was changing her pool water, and she hit and ran me.  Not bad, just a drop or two of blood.
She's full grown around 15lbs, avg for a southern species and has yet to exhibit the normal agressive signs of the mating season. She is fixed and they say that sometimes helps but mostly she's just mentally challenged. I think thats why her mom kicked her out of her nest. I mean, she won't eat meat, (well unless it's alive and has fins) and she loves citrus and she just plays all day and loves her cage.
ok, enough.  There should be some pics of her in the past year on the Pictures thread.
Mel

Sounds like an awful lot of work Beags......but then again most pets are.

Thats why I dont think I could ever get a pet, it's hard enough with the three kids....LOL

Absolutely, I would NOT recommend taking in a wild animal as a pet unless you are prepared for work and occasional blood. I have 2 dogs and a cat and the racoon is Nothing like them. duh, it's wild. It took centuries of selective breeding to lose those traits in domestic dogs and cats.  People adopt a wild animal and expect it to behave and learn like domestic pets and that's just not realistic.  Then the poor animal ends up living in a small cage and getting shoved food through a hole. No wonder they'll so angry and agressive.  Anyway, gotta love a good rant,,, ooops wrong thread
Sunnydalehigh

Beags, that's so cool. I wouldn't choose to have a raccoon for a pet myself, but I'm glad you are doing it responsibly and enjoying it. It sounds like Grady has a good home and is very happy. Thanks for the update!
beagle

Hello, my name is beags and i'm a racoonaholic.  (I know that would actually mean some wierd mix of racoons and alcohol, which also works for me but...)
Sunnydalehigh

We have some annoying woodchucks that have invaded our yard, so we called the animal control people. They came and set up live traps to catch and relocate the woodchucks. We caught one the first night, but last night the trap caught two juvenile raccoons. I had never seen raccoons up close before. They're cute (when they're not hissing and jumping at you). It was a really hot day, so my husband moved the trap into the shade and we gave them some food and water until the animal control guy came and took them away. They were not harmed, just moved to a new home further out in the wilderness.

Suddenly realizing that this is WAAAAAY off the posted topic. Perhaps we need a raccoon thread? Have at it, Beags. Smile
beagle

racoon thread! hahahaha,  how, i've missed you sunny.

2 at the same time, that is funny.

raccoon 1: you go in
raccoon 2: I ain't goin in, you go in
raccoon 1: I'll go in if you go in
raccoon 2: OK
hahaha
Sunnydalehigh

Tee hee! Actually I was thinking it went more like this:

Raccoon 1: Hey, I'm trapped! Get me out of here!
Raccoon 2: What, you're stuck?
Raccoon 1: Yeah. Go get help.
Raccoon 2: Just push open the door.
Raccoon 1: It won't open. Just go get Mom, will ya?
Raccoon 2: Here, I think I can get it....D'oh!
Raccoon 1: Moron.
Raccoon 2: Hello pot. This is kettle.

FYI, we caught an adult raccoon in the trap last night. We had to let her go ourselves because the animal control guy doesn't work on weekends. Perhaps it was Mom?
beagle

omg, the add on the bottom was for raccoon repellent. these people know way too much
Sunnydalehigh

That's scary. Also, who knew they made raccoon repellent? Is that like pepper spray for bears? Are raccoons attacking humans now? I know, it's probably something you spray outside to keep raccoon off your property and away from plants/decks/etc., but I was getting a funny mental picture of people carrying raccoon repellent in their pockets, just in case of surprise raccoon attacks. Hee hee.

FYI, we caught a wood chuck already tonight. I'm hoping that's the last of them. I think they're cute and I wish we could coexist peacefully, but they can cause a lot of damage to decks and plants and stuff, so we need to move them.
beagle

racoons have become an urban pest in some areas. They are so adaptable and they can get into nearly any trash can that doesn't have a lock. They can work latches and even door nobs. People make the mistake of feeding them and before they know it they'll literally have a dozen or more raccoons hanging around their back porch. Add to that the risk to pets and children and that they are known rabbies carriers... My friend lives on the marsh and they are all over her house, in the yard, in the attic and crawl space and they'll walk right up to you almost. We were on the porch the other day, mind you we are not quiet people and one walked within a few meters of us. I yelled and jumped up and down he just stopped and looked at me.
But yes, it's something you spray on the ground to hopefully keep them out of yer stuff. I would be surprised if it worked though.
Wynter

This is a great question for a topic! I really have to think about this though, I don't think I have one favourite one-time villain in particular. Off the top of my head, my choices are:

- Gentlemen
- Olaf
- Sweet
- Der Kindestod (scared the crap out of me, but was a good villain)

My mind has gone blank, I can't think of anything else right now!
Dosta

The Gentlemen wins in my book....

they are creepy....
HarFang

Grachnar! The demon of Fear! Lol!

Gentlemen

LOL! Sorry, I thought you meant the film in your signature! Very Happy
beagle

I think Sunday was a good one ep villain. I mean, she was pretty tough, hurt Buffy's arm and all and she was pretty despicable (can't spell that one) plus, she was hot,,, well, for a blonde.  ;o)
Cordi

The Gentleman, hands down! They were all kinds of awesome.  Very Happy
greengirl00

hehe, I agree. Welcome to the forum
