Much agreed.  That's two very strong outings in a row.  Good sign. :)  Oh, and the ratings were up a little bit this week, which is also good news.

This last episode was sooooo amazing.  I honestly didn't think Dollhouse was capable of having an episode that strong.
Now I'm really, really excited about the rest of the season and series.

agreed, i thought it was pretty darn tootin... i watched it twice just to experience that scene between paul and whatshisname in the house with the champagne... wow.

i really like where this show is going and although its funny having a central character (echo) who we cant really connect with, i am so invested in her.  i think its actually paul ballard who anchors me to her via this mystery of caroline and her voluntary abduction.

oh wow.

and also the doctor fred and her story... shes so definitely an active, i just know it.  also, pauls neighbour, i really thought she was going to die so i was glad when i found out she was an active.  i guess that means she'll play a key role in infiltrating the dollhouse.
so there are  sleeper agents, and there are dollhouses all over the world. there truly are no limits for where this show can go

pls pls pls fox give us a second season!

Wow. That episode was good. Really good.

I was really glad Paul's neighbour (Millie/Molly/Mellie?) didn't die as well, I really thought she was going to and I realised I actually really like her so I was so glad she turned out to be a butt-kicking active (although it did leave me wondering what was going to happen with the messages on her answering machine.
I think it's Echo's keeper who anchors it for me (I've realised that I don't know most of their names, I've been thinking of Paul as Helo and Amy Acker as Fred, I'll have to work on this), even though I'm not sure he'll turn out to be a good guy, he seems to have a good heart.

So it's all getting pretty exciting hey?! There's storyline-threads going all over the place and it's only a matter of time before they all come back together.
We know there's at least two Dollhouse insiders leaking information (one sent Paul Caroline's photo and the film and one programmed Echo to talk to him). Anyone have any theories? We know that it can't have been Topher or Echo's keeper who sent the Echo-gram. Well I suppose it could have been Topher, but it's obviously set up to make us think it wasn't. And I guess intern-sandwich-girl is high on the list of suspects.

Interesting that you think Dr Fred's an active, cardboardy. I wouldn't be surprised if you're right. I've been thinking that Topher's gotta be one.
I guess any of them could be actives, or all of them. I mean, why would you take a job that you can be pretty sure you won't be allowed to retire happily from?

So much information in one episode, I think I'll have to go back and watch it again.

Did you somewhere to watch it ildjarn/anyone else who's been following my links? My internet wasn't working all weekend so I wasn't able to post the link. I had a look at that watchdollhouse site, but the links were already dead by the time I got there.

Here it is anyway, episode 6: http://www.megavideo.com/?v=EV5M4MY5

Ok so ep 7 was a bit confusing at first, but once I got into it I loved it. It seems the drama-of-the-week episodes are finally over and done with and we have reached the good bits. *cheer*
"Have you seen my drawer of inappropriate starches?" OMG Topher is now definitely my favourite character. Has anyone else noticed how much he thinks about food?
Also, enter Evil Corporation! I like it.

Big +1 to that.  Topher is the stone nuts.

Topher kicks ass......i am just loving him and the nerdyrific ways LOL

I really enjoyed the last episode.....De Witt bouncing on the trampoline shouting 'tell him I said Hi'........LOL

We are also learning more about Caroline's back story which is good, and I also like the end where they got a new active in pretty much the same way as they got Caroline/Echo and from the same place.
