I loved last night's episode.  Alpha is the nuts and so cool and  creepy.  Heh, he is a leaf on the wind. :-)
I can't wait to see where this goes...that's right, we can't because the Fux broadcasting network will cancel it. :(

Oh, and I now forsee Ballard having to say the following to Alpha should they meet again...

Alright! Alan Tudyk is so great! He really brought a lot of life to the show in just one episode. Oh, the part where he was walking down the stairs! It killed me!
The reveal at the end wasn't a surprise for me, unfortunately, because I read an Alpha spoiler a couple of weeks ago. Gotta say though, I was not expecting Alpha and Echo to run away together.
And so Ballard and Echo seem to have swapped places, Ballard is in and Echo is out.
I wonder if this means Ballard will be continuing on his search for Echo, only this time with him as the active. I see the next episode is called Omega, so maybe that will be his name. Although technically Omega doesn't fit with the pattern of the other doll's names, Alpha, Echo, Mike, November, Sierra and Victor are all from the NATO radio alphabet, whereas Omega is a Greek letter.
Oh but that reminds me! Did anyone else notice Dominic, saying "Whiskey"? Dr Saunders said straight away, "he wants a drink", but it sounded to me a lot like he was saying it to Saunders as though it was her name. He was pleading, first saying Topher, then Adele, then turned to Saunders and said Whiskey. And Whiskey IS one of the NATO radio letters.
Oh and poor Victor getting his face cut up too, he's one of my favourite characters, I hope this doesn't mean he'll be booted.

So hurrah for Alan Tudyk and fingers crossed for a second season!!

Interesting theorising, I have heard the thought that Saunders is a Doll, but not through that (or at least no one explicitly said that). One thing I do know from being a huge fan of Christopher Pike's novel The Starlight Crystal is that Alpha is the first Greek letter and Omega is the last Greek letter so it's like the quote "I am the first and the last." Makes me think some big changes will be happening in the next ep!
