Ok, I thought I posted this yesterday, I'm confused, so if it's in two places I appologize

Only two characters appeared on every episode of BtVS. One other character appeared on all but one.
Who were the characters who appeared in every episode?
Who was the character and what single episode did he/she not appear in?

bonus - One of the two characters that made all 144 eps. almost missed one. That person only appears for a minute in that episode. Who and why?
