otherwise, several times a year, sunrise in sunnydale is at 5.23 am, and as such is is vampire bedtime.

Correct. The complete address is 523 Oakpark Street, Apartment B, Sunnydale, CA 90211 (seen in The freshman).

No idea about 25 yet.
