I would just like to say that I am nearly all healed from all my injuries and feeling great today.
After two months out with a leg injury I have been running for a couple weeks now and it feels wonderful. It's funny how much you want to do something when you can't.
I've been taking my two beagles out with me also. They are getting older and are house dogs and have become quite the couch potatos. They are really cute. They take off like crazy for the first km or so, baying and running as fast as I can. Then they start to loose steam. First time we went about a mile and they were dragging at the end. Yesterday we did closer to 3 or 4 km. I think they are starting to get in shape.

oh, yay! How long is it since you last met up? I'm not great at getting my head around the distances involved in traveling around the US (most of the states are bigger than the UK hehe), but I think I'm right in thinking that that's pretty far?
