Oooo, ooo I am casually re-watching! What's My Line (Part 1) is playing right NOW! Also, I just suggested trivia for the first time in, oh, over a year because of this. Principal Snyder says to Xander "Whatever comes out of your mouth is a meaningless waste of breath. An airborne toxic event." I was surprised that no one had commented on this yet, but one of my current favorite tunes (I'm an avid Alt Nation listener on Sirius satellite radio) is Sometime Around Midnight by The Airborne Toxic Event. Hmmm, wonder where the band got that title.
Oh, and Buffy kissing Angel while he's vamped out on the skating rink is just, well HOT! ;) _________________ "Don't warn the tadpoles!" Willow, What's My Line (Part 1)
Am up to Gingerbread. I really like the message in this episode.
Just like real life.
1. A tragedy occurs.
2. Everyone freaks out.
3. We stand in line to give up our freedoms so that this anomaly never happens again. _________________
My son has been watching Buffy on FX during the day and he asked me if he can watch with me at night so I started from where I was and got a few episodes in tonight with the promise that we will watch more tomorrow night. _________________
I have just been flying through btvs this month. Am up to A New Man which is just one of my all time faves.
Watched Fear Itself a few days ago and I just love watching the halloween episodes when it's close to halloween. Got me a pumkin and am going to carve it. Thinking about staying at home, playing the halloween episodes and handing out candy to the little extortionists. _________________
Up to season 7 again, and I'm slowing down a bit. Andrew is even more awesome than I remembered, and Spike's being all insane... it's really weird to think that this all came from season 1, with their very first apocalypse. It always surprises me just how much they grow up over the whole series.

Ok, Am up to Checkpoint and think I'll stop until after Thanksgiving and my marathon. Both Checkpoint and The Body are on my list for the marathon so good stopping point to re-charge my Buffy batteries.
This will be my first Thanksgiving away from my ex in 20 years so I have accepted an offer to spend the holiday with a close friends family, at least the dinner time. So my marathon schedule will be interrupted but as much as I don't want to do that I believe it is the best thing. Setting around watching Buffy and drinking all day probably isn't a good idea considering my situation.
More on the marathon to come!
