My favorite is probably Jayne or Kaylee. They're both SUPER hot and pretty funny. I love when Kaylee tries to comfort the girl in Our Ms. Reynolds, but the most heart wrenching scene in the whole series to me was in the last episode when Early was threatening rape. I wanted to jump in the screen and save her!

My least favorite is Book, mostly cause he's kinda boring and wasn't really developed as a character.

What about you guys?

Favorite has to be Jayne. He's so interesting and funny and just cool. Though I love all of the characters very, very much. It's hard to say any of them over another.

I love Book. I don't see how he could be disliked by anyone.

As for my favorite, it's hard to say, but I'd go with a tie.

I loved Book as well, he was one of my favourites. Jayne was definitely my #1 favourite though. Simon was probably my least. I think it was his frustrating ineptitude with the ladies and the way Kaylee kept getting hurt.

I have met Jewel Staite (Kaylee) and Ron Glass (Book)

Kaylee! too cute. Such a contrast to her character in Wonderfalls.

While I very much enjoyed the Jayne character I just don't like him. I never was able to trust him or feel that he was ever anything but an opportunistic user.
