Very wild guess (in an attempt to keep the game going): Get it done????

Death: Chloe (I think her name was) dies
Speech: Buffy gives one of her speeches to the huddled masses
Sight: I have not even the tiniest clue (which is why I'm sure my guess is wrong)

With that hint the only episode I can think of is The Witch. (Cordy loses her sight, some other cheerleader loses the ability to speak) I'm really not sure where the death part comes in, did someone die in that episode? (It's been ages since I saw season 1, I might have to watch it again now)
I'm probably wrong about this, in that case I'm all out of ideas. You managed to make a really difficult one QueenC, good for you :)

Spells cast dealing with sight, speech and death. She tried to kill Buffy. Props for the great guessing you two! I thought because I picked the ep after the Harvest which was the answer to the last one, sometimes I forget how much stuff gets used in these shows, and my hints really need work so bare with me

And your hints weren't bad, just tricky (which isn't bad). I think it might be summertime that's clogging up our brains a little, it's harder to think when the weather's nice for some reason :)
